To enable us to offer you 100% commission, there are some costs associated with becoming a Charles Rutenberg Agent.  However, even if you do just one deal per year you are thousands of dollars ahead.  But, our hope is you’ll be doing many more!

Agents pay $99.00 per month

Agents pay a Transaction Fee deducted from the commission when a closing occurs -- $1,000 on transactions below $1.5M and $2,000 on all those above.

50% Split Now -- $12,000     100% Rutenberg Split -- $24,000 +100%
($24,000 Commission Less One Year Fee of $1,188 plus $1,000 Transaction Fee = $21,812 to Agent or +82% more than traditional 50/50 split)
